昨天晚上安装了oracle9i以后，自己弹出了类似dos窗口的http服务吧，  
   
  今天早上再来开机以后，这个窗口没有自动弹出，  
  然后我选择   程序-〉oracle-orahome92->   oracle   http   server   ->start   http   server   powered   by   apach  
   
  弹出的窗口说：  
  [wed   aug   06   08:44:05   2003]   [alert]   (5)拒绝访问。:   fastcgi:   createmutex()   failed  
  syntax   error   on   line   92   of   f:/oracle/ora92/sqlplus/admin/isqlplus.conf:

  还有，打开   oracle   enterprise   management   console,选择登陆到oracle   management   server,输入用户名和密码，进入oms,应该是正常的是  
  网络、事件、作业、报告定义、http服务器、数据库、监听程序、组、节点  
   
  可是我打开的oms是网络、事件、作业、报告定义、组、节点  
   
  缺少了http服务器、数据库、监听程序，有什么影响么？是什么原因引起的？
